Plans

Build it, publish it, and read the answers without paying a penny.

The free plan carries the whole journey: every question type, the logic rules, the calculations, one published link per form, and every answer waiting in the results view for that form. Pro and Business sit on top of it, and a form keeps the same address whichever plan you are on.

What each plan carries

Free, Pro and Business, side by side

Whichever plan a form is on, it keeps the address it already has and every question you wrote for it.

Free plan

Free

Everything it takes to ask and to listen: no card, no trial clock, and nothing in the build-and-publish path behind a wall.

  • Every question type: short answer, long answer, email, number, pick one, pick any, rating and date.
  • Logic rules that show, hide or require a question when an earlier answer calls for it.
  • Calculations that total, average or count the numbers you collect.
  • One published link per form, on the same address as everything else in Formwell.
  • A results view for each form, with the share link sitting beside the responses.

Pro plan

Pro

The same editor, without the line underneath: everything in Free, for a form that should carry your name and nobody else’s.

  • Forms with no Formwell branding
  • A higher monthly response limit per form

Business plan

Business

For an account that keeps publishing: everything in Pro, plus room for more live forms and a copy of the answers you can keep.

  • A higher number of published forms per account
  • Export of a form's responses as a CSV file

Both paid plans start from what Free already does, so nothing you write today has to be rebuilt when you move up.

Allowances

What a form really gets

Read from the account whenever this page opens: how many forms stay published at once, how many responses each form takes in a calendar month, and whether a published form carries the Formwell line. These are the numbers the product applies to a form, not a figure written on a page.

The allowances did not load just now. Reopen this page and they come back: they are read from the account every time it opens, so the numbers here are always the ones a form really gets.

Writing the questions is the hard part; the rest is three steps. The help centre walks through the question types, how a rule reaches a later question, what publishing checks, and where a respondent’s answer lands. Read the help.
